The House of ALÍA Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The House of ALÍA website, events, releases, tickets, products, services, and experiences.

By visiting our website, joining our waitlist, purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or interacting with The House of ALÍA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any event-specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or attending an ALÍA experience.

1. About The House of ALÍA

The House of ALÍA is a curated wellness experience brand based in San Diego, California.

ALÍA creates limited, release-based experiences centered around soft movement, intentional design, beauty, atmosphere, and community.

ALÍA is not a traditional Pilates studio, medical provider, fitness facility, therapy provider, or licensed healthcare provider. Our experiences may include Pilates-inspired movement, wellness activities, social moments, matcha or beverage service, creative activities, photography, and curated event environments.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our website, content, checkout, waitlist, forms, or services in any way that is fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, harmful, misleading, or unlawful.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or remove users from our website or events if we believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Waitlist, Releases & Access

ALÍA experiences may be released in limited quantities and may be offered through a waitlist, private access, early access, public release, or invitation-based format.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a ticket, reservation, event spot, discount, or future access.

We may communicate release details through email, SMS, Instagram, website updates, or other channels.

We reserve the right to determine release dates, capacity, pricing, access windows, and availability at our sole discretion.

4. Tickets & Event Purchases

When you purchase a ticket or event experience through our website, you are making an offer to purchase access to the selected ALÍA experience.

Your ticket is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive confirmation from The House of ALÍA, Shopify, Evey Events, or another approved ticketing provider.

Tickets are limited and may sell out.

Please review all event details carefully before purchasing, including date, time, location, inclusions, requirements, refund terms, and guest responsibilities.

5. Event Details & Changes

ALÍA experiences may take place in curated locations, including but not limited to outdoor spaces, rooftops, private venues, studios, homes, yachts, wellness spaces, or other selected environments.

Event details, including location, timing, instructors, vendors, activities, menu items, materials, and format may be updated if needed.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, vendor availability, low attendance, illness, operational needs, or circumstances outside our control.

If ALÍA cancels or reschedules an event, we will provide instructions regarding available options, which may include transfer, credit, or refund depending on the specific situation.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

Due to limited capacity and curated preparation for each guest, all ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are generally non-refundable.

Ticket transfers may be allowed at our discretion if requested before the event and if guest information can be updated in time.

Late arrivals, missed events, no-shows, personal schedule conflicts, traffic, transportation issues, weather preferences, or failure to read event details are not eligible for refunds.

Please review our Refund Policy for more information.

7. Event Waiver & Participation

Some ALÍA experiences may include physical movement, Pilates-inspired activity, stretching, wellness activities, creative activities, food, beverages, outdoor settings, or participation in third-party venues.

By purchasing a ticket or attending an ALÍA event, you agree to participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate. You should consult a medical professional before attending if you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition, have allergies, or have any concern about participating.

You agree to review and accept our Event Waiver & Release before attending any ALÍA experience.

8. Health, Safety & Guest Responsibility

You agree to listen to your body, move within your own limits, and stop participating if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or concern.

You are responsible for notifying ALÍA staff, instructors, hosts, or vendors of any relevant injury, pregnancy, medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction, or physical limitation before participating or consuming any food or beverage.

ALÍA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency medical care, or healthcare supervision.

9. Food, Beverage & Allergies

ALÍA experiences may include matcha, beverages, snacks, or other refreshments.

Ingredients may vary by event. We cannot guarantee that food or beverage items are free from allergens, cross-contamination, or ingredients that may not be suitable for every guest.

Guests are responsible for reviewing available information and notifying us of allergies or dietary restrictions before consuming anything provided at an event.

10. Media, Photography & Video

ALÍA experiences may be photographed or filmed for social media, marketing, website, editorial, promotional, and brand purposes.

By attending an ALÍA experience, you acknowledge that photo or video content may be captured during the event and may include your image, likeness, voice, or participation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us before the event begins. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request, but we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all background or atmosphere content.

11. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, instructors, staff, vendors, venues, and partners.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, aggressive, intoxicated, harmful, or inconsistent with the atmosphere of the experience.

No refund will be issued if a guest is denied entry or removed due to inappropriate behavior.

12. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

The House of ALÍA is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal items before, during, or after an event.

13. Products, Merchandise & Physical Items

ALÍA may offer branded merchandise, wellness items, accessories, apparel, event materials, or other physical products.

Product colors, textures, materials, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from photos, mockups, renders, or digital previews shown online.

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change at any time.

If physical products are offered, any return, refund, exchange, or shipping terms will be governed by the applicable policy displayed at the time of purchase.

14. Third-Party Vendors, Venues & Services

ALÍA may collaborate with instructors, photographers, artists, matcha vendors, florists, venues, ticketing providers, payment processors, Shopify apps, and other third-party partners.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, acts, omissions, policies, products, or independent business operations.

Any third-party terms may also apply when you use their services or attend a venue operated by a third party.

15. Intellectual Property

All ALÍA names, logos, designs, photos, videos, copy, branding, website content, event concepts, product names, graphics, and creative materials are owned by The House of ALÍA or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, imitate, or use ALÍA intellectual property without prior written permission.

This includes but is not limited to our brand name, logo, event concepts, visual identity, website content, and promotional materials.

16. User Content & Feedback

If you tag ALÍA, submit feedback, share content from an event, or provide photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, comments, or ideas, you grant The House of ALÍA permission to use, repost, share, display, or reference that content for brand, marketing, social media, editorial, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit or tag us in.

17. Privacy

Your use of our website, waitlist, checkout, and services may involve the collection of personal information, including your name, email, phone number, billing details, ticket information, event preferences, and communication data.

Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, events, content, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.

We do not guarantee that any ALÍA experience, product, service, venue, activity, or content will meet every expectation.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The House of ALÍA, its owners, team members, instructors, contractors, vendors, venues, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our website, purchase of tickets or products, attendance at events, or participation in experiences.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where prohibited by law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The House of ALÍA, its owners, team members, instructors, contractors, vendors, venues, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our website, participation in an event, violation of law, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, our website, purchases, events, or services shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.
