The House of ALÍA Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited capacity and curated nature of each ALÍA experience, all ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Each ALÍA release is planned around a specific number of guests, venue requirements, instructors, vendors, materials, and event preparation. For this reason, tickets are generally non-refundable.

Event Tickets

Tickets for ALÍA experiences, classes, events, workshops, private releases, and activations are non-refundable once purchased.

Please review the event date, time, location, description, inclusions, and requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

No refunds will be issued for missed events, no-shows, late arrivals, personal schedule conflicts, traffic, transportation issues, weather preferences, or failure to read event details.

Late arrivals may not be admitted once an experience has started, depending on the event format and location.

Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers may be allowed at our discretion if requested before the event and if guest information can be updated in time.

Event Changes

The House of ALÍA reserves the right to modify event details if needed, including timing, location, instructors, vendors, activities, menu items, materials, or format.

If changes are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to notify guests using the contact information provided at purchase.

Event Cancellation by ALÍA

If The House of ALÍA cancels an event, guests will receive information regarding available options, which may include a refund, credit, or transfer to a future experience.

Event Rescheduling by ALÍA

If an event is rescheduled, guests may be offered the option to attend the new date, transfer their ticket, receive credit, or receive another option determined by ALÍA based on the circumstances.

Weather & Outdoor Events

Some ALÍA experiences may take place outdoors or in weather-sensitive locations.

Weather-related adjustments may include changes to timing, location, format, or rescheduling. Weather preferences alone do not qualify for a refund unless ALÍA cancels the event.

Products & Merchandise

If ALÍA offers physical products, merchandise, apparel, accessories, or wellness items, product-specific return or exchange terms may apply and will be provided at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, event tickets and experience purchases remain final sale.
