Event Waiver

The House of ALÍA Event Waiver & Release

By attending or participating in any experience, event, class, session, activation, or gathering hosted by The House of ALÍA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Please read this waiver carefully before attending.

Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in any ALÍA experience is completely voluntary.

ALÍA experiences may include, but are not limited to, Pilates-inspired movement, stretching, light exercise, guided activities, painting, wellness moments, social interaction, matcha or beverage service, photography, and attendance at indoor or outdoor venues.

I choose to participate at my own discretion and responsibility.

Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk

I understand that physical movement, including Pilates-inspired activity, stretching, and exercise, involves inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle soreness, strain, injury, dizziness, slips, falls, allergic reactions, or other physical discomfort.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for listening to my body, moving within my own limits, and stopping participation if I feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or concern.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate or have consulted a medical professional if needed.

Medical Conditions

I understand that it is my responsibility to inform ALÍA staff, instructors, or event hosts of any relevant medical condition, injury, pregnancy, allergy, physical limitation, or concern before participating.

I understand that ALÍA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical supervision.

If I have any health concerns, I agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional before attending.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless The House of ALÍA, its owners, team members, instructors, contractors, partners, vendors, venues, photographers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from my participation in an ALÍA experience.

This includes, but is not limited to, injury, illness, property damage, loss of personal belongings, or any other incident that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Personal Belongings

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings.

The House of ALÍA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during any event or experience.

Food, Beverage & Allergies

ALÍA experiences may include beverages, snacks, matcha, or other refreshments.

I understand that it is my responsibility to notify ALÍA of any allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions before consuming any food or beverage.

ALÍA cannot guarantee that any item served is free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Photos, Videos & Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during ALÍA experiences for social media, marketing, website, promotional, editorial, and brand purposes.

By attending, I grant The House of ALÍA permission to capture and use my image, likeness, voice, and participation in photo or video content.

If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I understand that I should notify ALÍA before the event begins.

Event Environment

I understand that ALÍA experiences may take place in different types of venues, including outdoor spaces, private venues, rooftops, homes, studios, yachts, or other curated locations.

I acknowledge that each environment may include its own natural or venue-related risks, including uneven surfaces, weather, stairs, water proximity, lighting conditions, or other surroundings.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by ALÍA staff, instructors, hosts, vendors, venue staff, or event partners.

Guest Conduct

I agree to behave respectfully toward all guests, staff, instructors, partners, and venues.

ALÍA reserves the right to remove any guest from an event if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the experience.

No refund will be issued if a guest is removed due to inappropriate behavior.

Emergency Care

In the event of an emergency, I authorize ALÍA staff, event hosts, instructors, vendors, or venue staff to seek emergency medical assistance if reasonably necessary.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs or expenses that may result.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or participating in any ALÍA experience, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release.

I understand that this waiver applies to all ALÍA experiences I attend unless otherwise stated.
